Kirk, Spock, and you had a small wager about Chekov and Sulu. It went like this: If Chekov and Sulu got together before Chekov’s nineteenth birthday, Kirk would win and he would have his person of choice as his slave for a week. If they got together on his nineteenth birthday, Spock would win and he would get to spend extra time on the bridge. If they got together after his birthday, you would win and have your person of choice give you a piggyback ride everywhere you went.
Well, it was the day before Chekov’s birthday, and as agreed, no one could interfere with their relationship. However, the captain was about to cross the line. “So, Chekov, anyone here caught your eye?” The poor kid turned red, because they were on the bridge and the one person that he did like was sitting right next to him. Luckily, Spock strode over to the captain’s chair and quietly warned him about the rules. Throughout the day, Kirk tried to get around the rules, but both Chekov and Sulu were so oblivious that it didn’t matter if he shoved their faces together, because they are that goddamn oblivious. The day passed quickly without anything happening between them. You and Spock (well, mostly you) celebrated as Jim pouted about losing.
The next day went on in celebration of Chekov’s 19th birthday with the two close to each other, but nothing happened until around 1155, when they went out alone to the observation deck. Of course, the three of you quietly followed and hid, listening to them. You checked your watch every few minutes until Kirk tapped your shoulder and you glanced up and started paying attention. You gasped quietly as they kissed and you checked your watch. 1203.
You jumped up in excitement, completely forgetting about Chekov and Sulu’s private moment. “I win!” Chekov and Sulu turned wide-eyed and red and Kirk laughed while Spock’s lip twitched upward the slightest bit. Sulu wrapped his arm around Chekov’s waist and smiled. “What’d you win?”
“I get a piggyback ride everywhere I go from either Jim or Spock,” you explained.
“Who is it, then?” Sulu asked.
“Spock,” you grinned. All three exploded with laughter at the thought of Spock giving anyone a piggyback ride. A few moments later, Kirk went to explain everything to the confused, but happy couple and left you and Spock alone. You could see the very tips of his ears were green, but you didn’t say anything about it.
“Hey, I know that doing this would be a huge invasion of your personal space, so you don’t have to do it. I didn’t want to pick Kirk because he’d do it and pull a muscle or try to keep his promise even though he’s got to go be captain.”
“I intend to keep my side of the bargain, (y/n).”

Hug? (Ninth Doctor X Reader)
You didn’t say anything to the Doctor, merely walked over to him and buried your face in his chest, arms wrapping around his leather clad shoulders.
One of the Doctor’s arms wound around your body, holding you protectively to him while his other stroked your hair, running his fingers through the __h/c__ strands.
“Are you okay?” The Doctor asked gently, pulling your face out of his chest so he could look at you.
“I just…I just really needed a hug.” You mumbled softly, tearing your gaze away from his blue one and glancing awkwardly around the TARDIS.
The Doctor had taken you on as a companion almos

Kiss it Better (Part 5)
Slowly, your eyes began to grow accustomed to the lack of light and you realized that you were in the middle of a forest. Dim moonlight illuminated the black and twisted trunks around you, the dark sky just light enough to backlight the dead and dying branches, reaching towards the sky with accusing fingers of blackened wood. Everything around you was dead. The trees, the grass, anything else you could see, all of it putrefying in dank shades of black and gray as it decayed.
A sound caught your attention. A rustle.
Your gaze snapped towards the source of the sound, but you saw nothing. Your pulse began to accelerate as you stared in the dir

A/N: Battle Of The Five Armies Spoilers!
In light of the last fic I posted, here is something slightly in the opposite direction.
“I’m going over the wall.” Kili proclaimed, “Who’s coming with me?”
There was a rallying cry among the Company to join their kin but it was short-lived as Thorin ordered them not to engage.
“Stand down.” He said firmly, receiving quizzical looks from each of the dwarves.
“Are we to do nothing?” Dori questioned as Thorin proceeded towards the stone steps.
“(Y/n), is down there.” Fili reminded.
“She made her choice.” Thorin repl
